TampaBayTeardowns.com founder Randy Baumgartner knows the Tampa Bay area better than most, having grown up in Tampa. It became evident to him that land in certain urban areas of Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties had become more valuable than the current obsolete homes or buildings that sit on it. He decided to specialize in marketing these residential and commercial sites, which are called "teardowns," for redevelopment. Randy has always had a passion for building and a sound vision for creating something new.

Randy has been a licensed Florida Realtor since 1987. Randy has been involved in the real estate business for over twenty years and has a diverse real estate background. He started his own development company in the early eighties and has worked for various developers and builders though the years. He is currently an independent real estate consultant with People's Choice Realty Services LLC. He is a member in good standing in the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Randy has always practiced the policies of honesty and integrity.
